The impressive ambience and spacious rooms were definitely worth it for the price. I also appreciated the ample parking spaces and varied breakfast buffet options. It was a nice touch that the toiletries were restocked daily even if they were not completely used up the day before.
The service could be improved as some staff were unfriendly and checking in was not the smoothest process. Although the amenities were available, not many guests seemed to utilize them.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided complementary water and a beautiful view of the town and greenery. the location was also convenient with a 7/11 nearby.
My experience was rather disappointing. the room was not as clean as I would have liked and the walls were thin, making it difficult to ignore noise from the adjacent room.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Betong and had a great experience. The location of this place is right in the center of town, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English was a bit limited. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel also had a swimming pool, where I could relax and cool off after a long day of sightseeing. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Betong.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff spoke Mandarin fluently, making communication easy for us. The hotel provided ample, free parking space, and the location was convenient and right at the town center. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet had sufficient food variety. We appreciated the complete set of toiletries provided by the housekeeping team. The bathroom offered a choice of a shower cubicle or bathtub style for bathing.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near various eating places and in the city center. Rooms are clean, and some offer a nice view of the town. the breakfast selection is decent, and there are some facilities such as a mini bar and TV in the rooms.
Some guests may find some of the facilities a bit outdated or some rooms may lack certain amenities.
